I spent a lot of time trying to find a reputable/certified mold testing company, and had even previously hired someone else to do air testing for us, but afterwards found out that only air testing is not a comprehensive way to actually test for mold and contaminants. If anyone thinks mold might be an issue in their house, THIS is the company you should go with. I’m a year into our mold testing and remediation & we had Devon come out to do an entire house investigation… his report is amazing and better than anything else we’ve gotten. I wish we had this report done BEFORE and AFTER remediation!! His report goes beyond just air samples… He found areas where attic air was coming into our main level, discovered we have higher than normal CO2 levels, AND found a closet with mold issues that had been inspected by 2 other companies. Extremely grateful for this company, their attention to detail, and their thorough reporting… I highly recommend them!!
